Juliann was baptized at Lexington Presbyterian Church on Sunday, January 11, 2009. A number of family and friends joined us for this special occasion. Jules was an absolute angel and in true form being the center of attention! It was evident she enjoyed when Dr. Klein walked her around the congregation because she was waving and smiling at everyone! I can't count the number of people who told us after church what a happy baby we had and how lucky we are to have her. The most memorable moment for us was when David, Jules and I had just joined Dr. Klein in front of the congregation and we bowed our heads to pray. Juliann noticed the bread on a table near us for Communion. Very loudly she said, "mmmmmm" because she loves all types of bread! It relaxed our nerves a little and we knew right then that she wasn't going to have any problems during her baptism. Enjoy the pictures below from this wonderful weekend!
