Oh, The Weather Outside is Frightful!

Snow, snow and more snow.  Thanks to another round of the white stuff on the 6th, we had to cancel Juliann's birthday party for a 2nd weekend in a row.  :(  Good thing she's only 2 and didn't quite understand that she wasn't going to get a party.  We couldn't cancel the cake for a 2nd time so we picked it up before the snow hit and the 3 of us spent the weekend snowed in with yummy Ukrops cake!  Luckily we didn't get as much snow as we did with the last snow storm but we still had a good 5-6 inches.  Jules didn't get to go out and sled this time either because she came down with a cold.  However, she was feeling better by Monday so we had a few friends over on a Monday evening to celebrate (and eat up some of the food we'd purchased for the party) and Juliann LOVED opening up presents.  She was also a huge fan of all of the Elmo stuff we'd gotten for the birthday party and I believe she might be just a little bit in love (or possibly obsessed) with Elmo.  I'm still coming to grips with the fact that she's already 2 and hopefully we'll have better luck next year with her birthday party!
